Generation, transmission and distribution — and the six kinds of buyer who sit behind them. The delivery model is the same across all of it, which is what lets one relationship cover a plant retrofit, an interconnection and a feeder programme.
01 — Segment
Power generation
Balance of plant and retrofit scopes across renewable, storage and conventional generation — from the collector substation back to the machine.
- Solar, wind and battery storage balance of plant
- Collector substations and generator step-up transformers
- Inverter-duty and multi-winding transformers
- Gas, hydro and thermal plant retrofits and upgrades
- Auxiliary systems, earthing and lightning protection
- Protection, control and SCADA integration
- Testing, commissioning and performance verification
02 — Segment
Power transmission
EHV and HV work where equipment lead time and outage windows, not construction labour, usually set the programme.
- EHV and HV substations, greenfield and brownfield
- GIS and AIS switchgear supply, erection and commissioning
- Transmission lines, upgrades and reconductoring
- Power transformers to 500 MVA, 400 kV class
- Shunt and series reactors to 765 kV class
- Interconnection facilities, tie-ins and metering
- Protection, control, teleprotection and SCADA
- Owner’s engineering and design review
03 — Segment
Power distribution
The largest and most continuous line in a utility capital plan — and the one that is bought as a rolling programme rather than as a project.
- Distribution substations at 34.5 kV and below
- Feeder upgrades, reconductoring and grid hardening
- Undergrounding and storm-resilience programmes
- Reclosers, regulators, RMUs and MV switchgear
- Feeder automation, SCADA and protection coordination
- Interconnections for solar, storage and EV charging
- Service connections for data centre and industrial loads
- Vendor-managed inventory and storm restoration
04 — Who we serve
Six buyers, one delivery model.
What changes between them is the contracting route and the prequalification path — not the way the work gets sourced, engineered or executed.
01
Investor-owned utilities
Multi-year capital programmes across transmission and distribution, where prequalification, safety record and standards compliance govern who gets to bid.
02
Municipal utilities & cooperatives
Smaller engineering teams and tighter budgets, where equipment access, spares pooling and refurbishment have the most immediate impact.
03
IPPs & renewable developers
Substations, interconnection facilities and BOP packages on a schedule that is set by the interconnection queue, not by the supply chain.
04
Data centre & large industrial
Service connections, on-site substations, e-houses and packaged equipment where months of schedule carry a direct revenue cost.
05
EPC & electrical contractors
Capacity on demand — estimation, engineering, procurement, controls, commissioning and manpower — behind your contract and your brand.
06
Transmission developers & infrastructure funds
Owner’s engineering, procurement strategy and construction oversight on assets held for long-term yield.
05 — Geography
Where we operate.
Engineering, procurement and refurbishment services are delivered nationally. Self-perform construction is built out region by region, starting from the Northeast and expanding as prequalification, bonding capacity and crew availability allow.
Current focus. New England and the Northeast for field and construction scopes, with sourcing, engineering, refurbishment coordination and EPC-to-EPC support available across the United States.
Outside the current footprint, construction scopes are delivered through established regional partner contractors rather than by stretching crews across a geography we are not yet set up to support.
